**Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Role**

Our Implementation Team is growing, and we are seeking a Senior Implementation Advisor to focus on implementation activities for our newly funded medicines.

The Senior Implementation Advisor will support the team with core implementation activities. This involves supporting healthcare professionals, consumers, and their whānau to manage changes to their medicines. This includes helping with unexpected supply issues and managing brand changes.

They will also contribute towards our responsible use work programme which aims to promote and advocate for the responsible, optimal, and equitable use of medicines and medical devices.

This position is based within our Equity and Engagement Directorate and will report to the Team Leader, Implementation.

- Clinical/Pharmacy experience
- An ability to provide strategic thinking, and proven experience in project management.
- Knowledge of the Aotearoa New Zealand health sector, including an understanding of health equity concepts and relevant resources/tools/strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent Pharmac at a senior level in a way that builds trust and enhances our reputation
- A keen interest and drive to pursue outcomes that deliver improved health outcomes for priority populations
