**Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Role**

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Advisor to lead the development of implementation plans for newly funded treatments, brand changes, or supply issues.

The Senior Advisor Implementation will also contribute towards our responsible use work programme which aims to promote and advocate for the responsible, optimal, and equitable use of medicines and medical devices.

This role is based within our Equity and Engagement Directorate and reports to the Team Leader, Implementation.

- Clinical/Pharmacy experience is advantageous
- Proven experience in project management.
- Knowledge of the Aotearoa New Zealand health sector, including an understanding of health equity concepts and relevant resources/tools/strategies.
- Effective communication skills, especially written communications
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent Pharmac at a senior level in a way that builds trust and enhances our reputation
- A keen interest and drive to pursue outcomes that deliver improved health outcomes for priority populations
