**Job Description**:
The Torpedo7 Design Lead will will manage the design team and lead the creative ideation that is applied to the brand’s ecosystems like our internal and external media, retail channels and corporate assets. You will be primary guardian of the brand image and guidelines as well as provide art direction - directing photo shoots, giving design feedback to the team.

This role is responsible for the digital website creative including day to day trading, campaigns and major trade events, providing digital UX support where relevant.

You work with the merchandise team, content coordinators, design UX and internal marketing teams. You also, support digital web projects, digital media creative and design concepts for trade and non-trade activities.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- 5 or more years of creative design experience within either a progressive in-house retail brand, or a recognised creative agency - working in the creative/design production department
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong retail design for marcoms experience is preferred
- Design experience across omnichannel media and overseeing design layout for retail environments
- Relevant Bachelors' degree
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, plus experience working with various cloud based presentation tools such as Google’s G Suite (Slides), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint), Photoshop and the whole Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in iOS and Android with responsive design would be advantageous
