**Role**:
We’re looking for a Senior Developer with coaching and mentoring experience, ready to step into a Development Lead role.

In this role you'll accelerate the development and continued advancement of our exciting platform and product. You'll have experience and passion for Microsoft web technologies and delivering beautiful, responsive and interactive solutions. You are someone who appreciates that design aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand.

You will be hands-on writing code and improving our products and as a technical lead you will also play an important role as a People Leader, driving high employee engagement and coaching and mentoring your team members.

**What you will do**_:_**
- Drive high quality development practices & ensure scalability and repeatability.
- Provide technical leadership, drive new innovation and ensure that we continue to evolve product development.
- Be hands on by writing code and expanding our features and functionality and generally improving our products.
- Build a highly respected, highly engaged team who understand Flintfox, their customer’s and market needs, feel connected to the services they deliver and are motivated to deliver outstanding results.
- Coach and mentor team members in their careers and development of their skills, encouraging a strong focus on team member performance through regular feedback and managing the performance review process for your direct reports as required.
- Build software using common industry practices auch as; Agile methodology, test driven development, CI/CD.
- Recommend and implement solutions in accordance with the team’s development standards and architectural direction.
- Assist in the maintenance, improvement, and operational support of delivered systems. You will enjoy interacting with customers as required to ensure a positive experience from the use of Flintfox products.

**Requirements**_:_**
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft.NET web development technologies.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
- Solid (and SOLID) experience with.NET (Core) and C#.
- Experience with HTML5, TypeScript, JQuery and CSS.
- Comfortable working both on the front-end and back-end.
- Experience working in CI/CD environments.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience with Kendo UI and MVVM (or equivalent) is advantageous.
- We utilize some of the following technologies: OAuth 2.0, SignalR, OData, IoC, Git, Azure DevOps, T-SQL, MEF.
