Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
**You will work in several areas including**: providing advice and expertise to support the efficient resolution of IT incidents, managing the RRIS and PACS software to meet operational requirements and bridging the gap between the District PACS RIS administrators, internal ICT teams and Vendors.
But there's more As a member of the Regional Digital Health Services team,you will also get the opportunity to play an influential role on key projects primarily (but not limited to) the regional RIS/PACS. Some travel to the districts will allow you to get up close and spend time with our District radiology and ICT teams.
This role from time to time may require afterhours works to be completed. An example of which could be an impacting change been implemented afterhours.

You have a knack for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, which will support you in understanding business expectations and supporting continual service improvement.
If you have experience in RRIS and PACS administration coupled with a willingness to help and strong customer service orientation, then we want to hear from you

- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience with evidence of post tertiary study in relevant areas, or Professional certification in relevant areas.
- The ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
