Every day you will be dealing with challenging situations which will need to be approached with professionalism, respect, and empathy, in a positive manner. You will be welcoming customers into the station and ensuring their enquiries are understood, recorded, and handled appropriately. Have you got an inquisitive mind? Do you work hard to get the right outcome? Are you able to get the job done even if its in a fast paced environment where there can be pressure from time to time. It's a challenging, interesting, and very important role, you would be recording data, establishing details, and efficiently managing information in real time.
