Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and process payments (cash, EFTPOS, etc.).
- Answer customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter and seating area.
- Assist with packing takeaway orders and ensuring efficient service.
- Restock front counter supplies as needed.
- Work closely with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge preferred.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
