**About this role**

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional whose role will be to manage and provide best practice procurement advisory services in support of NZBS operations. This will include procurement for capital projects, professional services and other goods and services.

**You Have**:

- Solid experience in a procurement, sourcing or contract related role preferably working in a government environment
- Strong systems (F.M.I.S & eProcurement) ability and knowledge.
- Ability to establish and develop strong and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a complex Tender process from start to finish.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Strong time management and planning ability
- An eye for detail whilst at the same time having the ability not to lose site of the larger strategic goal.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain/Procurement

**You might also have**:

- Had exposure to a continuous improvement and/or change management environment.
- Previous experience in a regulated and zero critical failure environment.
- Project management skills
- Change Management experience
