We are currently resourcing our Legal, Governance and Sustainability Team to support Z’s goal of solving what matters for a moving world enabling our transition to a Low Carbon Future. Our skilled and dedicated team support all areas of Z’s business and ensures that enterprise legal risks are appropriately managed.

In a newly created role, we are excited to welcome a Whakahaumaru Kamupene Z Company Secretary to the Z whānau. This role will provide secretariat and governance leadership and support to the Z Board as part of the Ampol Group. You will play a key role in coordinating with Ampol’s Board and Committees as a member of the Group Cosec team.

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Support the Board with administration and logistics, including preparation of board papers, full board minutes, agendas, calendar, travel, and catering
- Maintain our corporate governance framework, including reviewing and recommending corporate governance policies and procedures practices
- Guide the Annual Report squad, overseeing compliance requirements
- Participate in squads as legal support for key strategic outcomes

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- A strong history of Board support, both with administration and logistics and providing advisory services
- Your legal expertise, a working knowledge of corporate/commercial law and legal issues relevant to organisations
- Organisation second to none, you will be a natural organiser and skilled in the management and co-ordination of events, procedures and arrangements
- The ability to maintain records to the highest quality and an eye for detail and accuracy

The base salary range for this role is $96,475 to $113,500 per annum, plus 15% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
