Ventia are currently seeking a Cost Engineer to join their team in Otara.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Other Key Responsibilities**
- Production of pricing proposals and estimates for maintenance and renewals projects for the assigned contract and for leverage work opportunities.
- Preparation of cost reports, investigation of cost anomalies, control and monitoring of predicted final costs.
- Ensure that all cost control deliverables are uniformly prepared and completed in accordance with the monthly reporting schedule.
- Manage the workflow functions for the contract through the team’s use of RAMM software

**ABOUT YOU**

You will either be Quantity Surveyor or Pricing Engineer looking for a new challenge. Or a Civil Engineer with demonstrated project management, costing, and reporting experience. An electrical background is also preferred as well as fluent written and verbal communication skills.

**Education and qualifications**:

- Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher
