Starship Digital and Community Engagement is a service of Starship Child Health, the leading paediatric healthcare provider in Aotearoa and the South Pacific. Our rōpū supports community and digital engagement across the breadth of Starship's services with a focus on the safety and wellbeing of mokopuna and whānau. We host and deliver Safekids Aotearoa, the national child unintentional injury prevention service. We embody 'by whānau, for whānau, with whānau', reflecting our commitment to whakamana te Tiriti o Waitangi and the communities we serve. It's a place for creative minds to come together to support the health and wellbeing of mokopuna and whānau through a collaborative community and multi-channel digital campaigns. Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Programme Coordinator role is a varied and exciting role to grow and develop in an environment driven by passion, commitment and whānau. The coordinator role is dependent on a dynamic organiser, quick thinker, solutions focused individual with a heart for the community of professional that serve whānau and some of the most underserved whānau of Aotearoa.
In this role, it will rely on a blend of proficiency for organised systems and processes and community engagement and partnership with an aptitude to grow and maintain networks across the Māori and Pacific communities, health providers and early childhood educator.
