**About the opportunity**

A number of internal promotions have created an exciting and unique opportunity for a customer service superstar Work for NZ’s largest company in this phone based farmer facing role based in Te Rapa. This role will allow you to build a solid foundation of experience and knowledge to launch your career.

Our Farmer Support Specialist roles sit at the heart of Farm Source, connecting you directly with our most important stakeholders - our farmers. Offering a great platform to cultivate an impactful career within the Co-op, you’ll build an excellent knowledge base of our business and strong networks across teams.

Working alongside a group of passionate individuals, you’ll relish the variety and pace as you engage your outstanding people and problem-solving skills. No two days look quite alike, however, some more common areas of support can include; tanker collections, milk quality issues, shares, card activations, and digital queries.
- Please note that these roles will operate Monday to Friday on a rostered shift schedule covering 7am - 6pm. Flexibility within these hours is required._
- To be considered for the role you will need to be available to attend the assessment centres (approx 2.5 - 3 hrs) at our Te Rapa office on Wednesday the 3rd OR Thursday the 4th of August._

**About you**

We’re looking for switched-on team players interested in all things farming and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll bring a strong ability to quickly build rapport and keep calm under pressure. Whilst you might not know everything about running a dairy farm, you’ll be a confident problem solver who can connect our farmers to everything they need.
