**About the opportunity**
Fonterra’s purpose is to be the world’s most trusted source of dairy nutrition and the National Farm Engagement team enables this by understanding the needs of our farmers and customers and delivering an excellent customer experience.

With a national scope, the National Performance and Insights Specialist will break ground on new territory for Farm Source. By supporting key stakeholders, you will bring together a strong performance reporting framework that delivers on some big aspirations. A key focus will be to support the National Farm Engagement team in providing important insightful reporting that enables business decision making, improvement and optimisation across all engagement channels.

Your ability to provide insights to transform our current engagement offering across milk supply, engagement touchpoints and retail will be pivotal in adding value to our service operating model and to enhance the connection and trust in our cooperative.

Other key tasks:

- Make sound recommendations to drive improvements and optimise performance across the business.
- Promote and support the development of reporting processes and framework across milk supply, engagement and retail

About you
With your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, you will thrive in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with ease. Your future-focussed mindset and ability to identify key opportunities that enhance farmer experience will set you up for success. With strong business improvement, reporting or modelling skills, you will provide insightful performance analysis and make recommended improvements for decision making to senior leaders.

In addition, you will bring:

- Proven experience contributing to or leading complex projects driven by insights
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective reporting frameworks that provides visibility across the business
- Proven business process/system design experience to support business strategies
- Knowledge of reporting systems would be beneficial but not essential (Tableau, Power BI)
