We are currently on the lookout for an awesome **Learning Administrator **to join our Albany based Support Centre to support our** Learning team, 20 hours per week for a fixed term of 6 months.** This is an exciting opportunity for an **individual who is passionate about people, super organised, and looking for exposure across to a new LMS**

You will be responsible for the integrity and smooth running of the LMS to support our team members across the Cooperative to be their best. Our people experience is at the heart of all we do ensuring we deliver a great user experience and interaction with our systems.

Your focus will be to ensure the system runs as efficiently and effectively as possible from a lens of both input of information through to system functionality across the employee lifecycle.

**The Learning Administrator will focus on the following**:

- LMS system that is up to date, specifically that upgrades or changes to functionality are implemented, utilized and communicated in a relatable way to all stakeholders. Ensuring LMS related queries are referred/responded to within 8 business hours.
- Training programmes, for team members across Support Centre and stores are accurately set up, maintained and coordinated within the LMS.
- A focus on continuous improvement to ensure we get the most out of our Tech to support our team members

**To be successful you’ll have**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Graduate or experience in an HR/Learning Admin role previously
- Discreet, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Systems savvy
- Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Great relationship building skills
- Ability to understand data and derive value add insights
- Strong and clear communication skills
