As **Learning Experience Administrator **you will be working alongside our Learning Experience team to schedule, roster and rollout multiple learning experiences, digital and physical across our 84 stores.

**Reporting to the Learning Manager - Technical Skills, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to: -**
- Schedule, update and maintain records of face-to-face/online workshops with SC and store teams.
- Load learning materials on our digital sites including LMS, SharePoint, Teams etc.
- Create, collate and report on learning data across streams, to multiple stakeholders.
- Print and maintain learning documentation, as needed.
- Assist Store LX deployment team in travel, accommodation and venue bookings.
- Work with PONE and People Admin to ensure integrated schedules.

**Experience and Capabilities Required**:

- Strong organisation skills and attention to details.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- System savvy with a passion to become a Subject Matter Expert in our Learning Management System.
- Can understand, read and interpret data, and present findings in an engaging way.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with others, with a strong client mindset.
