**The Role**

We seek an experienced Product Owner to strengthen our product delivery squads in Software and Hardware teams. This is a senior role that calls for exceptional leadership and technical skills. Our small yet versatile team works with advanced electrical and mechanical concepts from design to build. In this role, you will navigate the complex landscape of embedded software and hardware development, guiding our teams to produce groundbreaking products.

We are not looking for someone to maintain the status quo but to improve and challenge our approach to product development and increase our squads' maturity. You will manage a challenging product backlog, liaising with various stakeholders and ensuring that our agile development practices align with our strategic objectives.

Some of the things that you might be involved in include:

- Owning and managing the product backlog
- Defining and communicating product requirements
- Facilitating agile development practices
- Driving squad productivity and velocity
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Providing leadership and direction for the Gen-1 product squads

**About You**

We think you’ll be a fit for this role if you have the following:

- At least 5 years experience as a Product Owner managing squads in a complex, agile environment
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to effectively manage product backlogs

Some nice to-haves include:

- Experience with embedded systems, IoT, and hardware
