We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team in Palmerston North.

This role is supporting our Surfacing Division and you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient financial and contracts support to the team. Get involved in financial accruals and forecasting, preparing monthly claims, reviewing and processing subcontractors claims and other general administrative tasks, reporting and file management.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Experience as a Contract Administrator preferred but not essential
- Strong experience in an admin role with a financial / contracts focus
- Demonstrated competency in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Document Control
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Confident picking up new systems and databases
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
