UCOL is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Advisor to provide expert support and advice on facilities-related procurement, contracts and leases. This role also supports broader organisation-wide activities in procurement, risk and compliance.

Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and strengthen governance across UCOL.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Advising on facilities procurement, contracts, and lease management.
- Supporting managers with contract management, procurement and compliance processes.
- Partnering with staff and managers to ensure contracts and procurement align with best practice.
- Contribute to organisation-wide contract management, procurement, and compliance activities.
- Helping strengthen governance and improve operational efficiency.
