**Join the team**
Based in the Auckland area, you will be joining our Kmart Supply Chain function as we embark on a transformation phase through the relocation of our Wiri DC to Hamilton, NZ. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities by working with the local project team ensuring deadlines are met and on schedule from an admin perspective.
This is a unique opportunity to get involved in building one of the largest DC’s in NZ from the ground up. You will work cross functionally with stakeholders in NZ & Melbourne, Australia as you coordinate across construction, technology, P&C and other support functions.
**What you’ll be doing**
As a Program Coordinator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract you will:
- Plan & organise project activities, resources and procedures
- Organise project meetings, assign responsibilities, develop project schedules, determine resources required
- Monitor progress of the project and report to key stakeholders, including cost, timing and resourcing of staff
**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:
- Demonstrated experience overseeing similar projects, including coordination & implementation
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills - the ability to keep everyone engaged and on track
- A genuine sense of urgency, attention to detail and the ability to multi task and work autonomously to achieve key deliverables of the project on time and within budget.
