Auckland City, New Zealand Nintex Full time

You want to change how work gets done. We're here to help you make that happen. We improve the way people work through process management and automation. Since the company's founding in 2006, our employees have helped customers and partners worldwide accelerate business results by digitally transforming workflows - thereby improving how people work.
**About the role**:
As a Technical Program Manager, you will create the Program roadmap and execute it with agility to ensure product features are delivered to plan. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. At the same time, you will also improve Nintex's services through investment in non-feature, support, and security work.
You can present the Program's status and recommendations to executives, and also debate the technical tradeoffs with Program engineers and Product Managers. You are detail oriented but have enough broad knowledge in both business and technology to be sure that feature roadmaps and development plans match the Nintex strategic roadmap and product standards.
A Technical Program Manager is a trusted member of the extended engineering leadership team and will handle stakeholder relationships within all the teams they support locally as well as globally.
**Your contribution will be**:

- Based on Program requirements, you will create a set of artifacts and processes that will drive the Program to meet delivery and budget metrics while avoiding unneeded staff work and overhead.
- Your Program execution will be customized to stakeholder requirements, agile implementations, reporting requirements, and delivery goals. The Program infrastructure may include charters, purpose, scope, timelines, reports, shared collaboration repositories, RACI, and others as appropriate.
- Each Program initiative will have a defined methodology (such as a Risks-Actions-Issues-Decisions (RAID) log, or an annotated timeline/Gantt chart) to track and help mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Program specific processes will be created to gather and report Program progress and metrics according to the cadence required by the program visibility.
- Executive and Steering Committee meetings should be standard in form, agenda, and necessary participants. Being short, clear, and thoroughly documented are common characteristics of your meetings.
- You track high impact risks and report their occurrence probabilities on the appropriate cadence for the program.
- You can contribute intelligently to the breakdown of features into deliverable components and those components into epics and sprints.
- You do thorough post-mortems on issues that impacted delivery and integrate lessons learned in future programs.
- You collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering teams to meet commitments. You work through blockers to complete tasks on time and on budget.
- You gain agreement from all stakeholders on objectives and key requirements (OKRs) to guide and measure the Program's success.
- You proactively manage conflicting priorities and drive prioritization discussions while staying within the boundaries of the strategic product objectives.
**To be successful we think you need**:

- Proven program management experience in the software industry
- Strong project management and coordination experience.
- A broad knowledge in both business and technology to ensure development plans match our strategic roadmap
**How we operate**:
Everyone who works at Nintex follow three core tenets to ensure we operate a highly successful and collaborative business:

- **We deliver on our commitments.** We focus on a few key priorities and ensure we deliver with quality every time..on time.
- **We don't wait. **If we see an issue, we fix it. If we see an opportunity to accelerate our success, we take it.
- **We operate with respect and consideration.** We will move fast and deliver and, we will do it the right way.
At Nintex, we thrive on helping our customers and partners succeed as they leverage the industry's best process management and automation capabilities to digitally transform a wide range of business processes. Every employee that joins Nintex is presented with a massive market opportunity to help improve the way people worldwide work as every organization needs what we provide.
