**About the role**

Alongside your team, you'll be part of servicing our trade customers and become a plumbing expert, within this unique branch where working at a fast-pace and customer service is key.
- ** Liaise with trade customers and account managers **to make sure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and any issues are resolved quickly.
- ** Coordinate with transport providers **to organise timely delivery to customers.
- ** Organise buy-ins **and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
- ** Provide top-notch customer service **by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.

- ** Building, trade or plumbing industry knowledge **is advantageous.
