**The Company**:
The company has a focus on residential and commercial developments and is seeking an experienced licensed surveyor to join their team. The company is well established in the New Zealand market and grows larger every year as business increases.

**The Role**
- Assisting in the management of other surveyors
- Setting-out, conducting as-builts, calculations and traversing (when necessary)
- Collecting and managing data
- Working across multi-faceted projects
- Liaising with clients about the details of the work
- Manage land development and sub-division sites anywhere from 8-50 lots
- Working efficiently and effectively to achieve high-quality outputs to aid in the expansion of the business
- Using the latest company equipment and cadastral GIS data to accurately record property boundaries

**About you**
- 2+ years experience as a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor
- Degree qualification
- Able to work well autonomously and in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience using 12-d and 12-d Field software, and Leica equipment
- Experience with residential/cadastral works
- A good understanding and demonstrated experience of modern survey instrumentation, including 1 man total stations, GPS, data modelling and manipulation through a survey CAD package
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Understanding of 223 & 224 processes
- Able to work on-site and in the office
- Honest, reliable, and motivated
