Beds4U is proudly New Zealand owned and operated, with **26 stores nationwide** - including **2 in Christchurch** and **24 across the North Island**. We’ve grown steadily by helping Kiwis sleep better, one bed at a time, and we’re now looking for a **Regional Manager** for South Island who’s ready to grow with us.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll support and inspire multiple stores, help your teams succeed, and drive continued growth across the South Island region as we as we expand further.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Regional Manager, you’ll be leading a group of stores, working closely with Store Managers to:

- Support and develop their teams
- Drive sales performance and customer experience
- Maintain strong store presentation and operations
- Build a team culture focused on results, service, and growth
- Report on performance and help shape regional strategy alongside the Sales Director

This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be visible, supportive, and actively involved in store visits, team coaching, and driving performance.

**What We’re Looking For**

You don’t need a background in bedding or furniture — we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your **leadership experience**, your **drive to succeed**, and your ability to bring out the best in your team.

- Are confident coaching and developing others
- Are organised, proactive, and results-focused
- Communicate well and build trust easily
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using reporting tools

You’ll need to be flexible with travel and able to work occasional weekends or public holidays as needed.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
