As a Trade Sales Support team member at CARTERS Onehunga, your role is pivotal in providing essential support and communication to our Account Managers and the wider team to deliver on our sales promises.

**About the role**
Alongside your team, you will:

- Process customer orders accurately and promptly resolve any arising issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with transportation partners to arrange prompt and efficient delivery to our trade customers.
- Diligently track backorders to ensure comprehensive follow-up and fulfilment.
- Provide customer services support at the front counter when needed by swiftly identifying suitable products, preparing and loading customer orders, and completing sales documentation accurately.
