**About the role**

Due to an internal promotion our ONEHUNGA CARTERS branch is on the lookout for its next Trade Sales Support Team Member, where you will work alongside our account managers and wider team to service our trade customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable New Zealand Leading Market Company and work with a collaborative and supportive team where you will be given every opportunity to develop your career, all whilst having fun along the way.
- Fulfil customer orders a correctly and resolve any issues quickly.
- Coordinate with transport providers to organise timely delivery to customers.
- Organise buy-ins and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
- Provide top-notch customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.

- Previous experience working in customer service or a sales environment.
- Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
