We are looking for a Assistant Manager at pizza store at keri keri. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the store as well as in training, developing and motivating the team to deliver first-class customer service.

In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.

**You responsibilited include**:

- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
- Coordinating with the store operations
- Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees
- Assisting the manager in controlling and managing the store operations.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure the scheduling and handling of inventory
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Responsible for all store operations.
- Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone)
- Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
- Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
- Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

**Minimum 30hours/per week Guranteed**

**Must be NZ resident**
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- should me able to operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Training
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communication Skills
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
