**About the role**
- Reporting to the National Operations Manager and based at our Penrose office, the Supply Chain Manager will work with numerous internal and external stakeholders, driving and developing purchasing and systems infrastructure and leading a team that thrives on process optimisation and maximising on opportunity.

**As part of your role you will;**
- Facilitate and lead forecasting and demand planning processes with Sales and Marketing in order to meet customer service DIFOT performance.
- Plan and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, to achieve balanced demand and capacity volume targets whilst managing inventory levels (S&D) to within target.
- To lead and develop purchase processing and systems infrastructure to achieve service excellence through stock availability and information flow networks.
- Maintain relationships with key supplier stakeholders in both S&D and Manufacturing to maximize synergy benefits.
- Lead a dedicated team of supply chain professionals, providing supportive, empathetic and performance focused leadership

**About you**
- To be successful, you'll possess extensive experience in a senior supply chain role within a manufacturing and imported goods environment, ideally complimented with a relevant tertiary qualification. You will be driven to add value to current processes, where you’ll be encouraged to identify, develop and deliver improved strategies that can have positive impacts on how we do business.

You'll have the ability to communicate complex concepts at all levels, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team. Your collaborative approach, practical problem-solving skills and ability to influence will assist you when communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will also need a solid understanding of the New Zealand market and understand the complexity of the current market conditions.
