With new projects falling in the $20mil - $100mil bracket and consisting of Commercial, Apartments, Warehouses and more, we are looking to source a Senior H&S Advisor who will be site-based across one or multiple projects.

The role will include but not be limited to:
- Conduct regular safety inspections of construction areas and reporting
- Ensure that site safety records are maintained
- Assist the SM with updating the Site Specific Safety Plan for the designated site.
- Assist in drafting, assessing, reviewing, and approving TA's and SSSP's.
- Ensure that inductions are relevant, compliant, and updated to meet with current site conditions.
- Assist the site management team to carry out inductions as required.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety signage is updated.
- Ensure all fire evacuation signage and other safety signage is in place and maintained.
- Ensure that regular trial site evacuations are held and report on the findings.
- Attend the site safety meetings.
- Attend HO monthly OH & S meetings and represent the site to which you have been assigned.
- Assist with investigations of incidents and accidents and provide reports for these
