This will involve building a positive H&S culture by leading, promoting and regulating safe work practices. **Core duties**: - Promote safe working environments - Provide H&S advice and support for team leaders/managers - "what good H&S looks like" - Support with risk/hazard management or change in equipment/process - Escalate incidents or hazards **Employment details**: **Location**:Epsom based - street parking nearby or public transport **Hours**: 40 hours per week, flexible start and finish times **About you**: - A Health and Safety Coordinator looking for a step up or a H&S Advisor - Due to the nature of this role, we are ideally looking for someone with Health & Safety experience from either a Health, Pharmaceutical, Food science, labs or manufacturing background - Strong people skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels - Excited by the opportunity to champion certain projects within the company We recognise that neurodiversity is critical to a healthy, successful workplace.
