**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**
- Be the first point of contact for the Council
- Support the community with a wide variety of queries including rates bill queries, booking swimming lessons and arranging contractors to remove graffiti

**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**
- Have a Customer Service background within a large or complex organisation
- Have experience with multiple technology platforms
- Be customer-focused, able to think on their feet, have a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Have good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

- We are expecting interviews to take place the week of _**_November 25_**_th_**_ 2024_**

**_ Salary range: _**_$58,757 - $69,638 per annum_

**_ Hours of work:_**
- _ Full-time, permanent positions (5 x 8 hour days)_
- Our Customer Service Representatives operate on a rotating shift roster with the earliest start time being 5.00am and the latest finish time being 10.30pm. Some evening and weekend work is expected, although the majority of shifts will fall during normal business hours._

**_ Location:_**_ Initially roles will be based at Te Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street, however after training is complete shifts may be based at any Christchurch City Council service hubs or facilities._
