Our customers are the heart of what we do, and we are in search of an organized and self-motivated
**Customer Service Representative** to join our team in
**Christchurch**. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, while supporting existing internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. You will also work closely with wider sales and operations teams.

Experience in a similar industry would be advantageous, however we are open minded. More important to us is the fit within our team and culture, and ability to swiftly pick up and understand technical information and product knowledge to hit the ground running.

Ideally, you are customer-focused, organized, a natural at building relationships with a diverse group of people and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Also, you pay great attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, excellent at time management, and have confidence using computers and any ERP systems.
