Our Partnerships team play an important role in leading industry partnerships to amply impact.
In this role you will support the Head of Industry Partnerships and the Partnership Managers in managing key partnerships in New Zealand. The role ensures Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs) and the New Zealand tourism industry are engaged in Tourism New Zealand's strategy and initiatives and that tourism products are aligned with market product needs. The role works closely with operators and RTOs on the implementation of initiatives to ensure relevant product is developed and matched to market audience needs, and that operator products are linked with Tourism New Zealand campaign activity.
What you will need | Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga
- Knowledge of /or experience within the New Zealand tourism industry
- A high level of administration skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong organisational ability
- Able to think creatively and an innovative thinker and problem-solver
- Project co-ordination skills within a marketing environment
- Product co-ordination or product marketing experience in the Tourism Industry desirable
The ability to travel will be essential as you will be travelling regularly to some of New Zealand's most unique and spellbinding spots.
