**About the role**:
We are a small knit team, with lots of projects on the go, so we are looking to expand our team Our P&C Coordinator would be based at our East Tamaki Hub, along with the rest of the P&C team & support services.

This is a busy hands-on role. We have recruitment partners, and you would be supporting the business with the coordination aspect of onboarding, think - generating IEA's, document management, visa tracking and setting up inductions. You must be exceptionally organised, great at planning and love building relationships.

When you're not supporting our new starters, you will be the super user for our HR software, maintaining our organisation charts and reporting.

This role is for someone who is positive, motivated, and highly organised - you may be an experienced administrator or a coordinator, looking for a new challenge.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Day to day coordination of recruitment and onboarding & offboarding activities.
- Prepare employment related documentation including contracts & variation letters.
- Be a super user for our newly implemented HR software, we use BambooHR & BreezyHR.
- Support bulk overseas recruitment activities and pastoral care for our team members. We would like to support our new workers as much as possible from setting up bank accounts and license to suggestions around NZ living.

There may be some travel required to other sites or perhaps airport picks up to welcome new starters to NZ - its preferred that you have your full driver's license.

Pre-employment D&A test is required.
