**About the job**:
Based in Christchurch or Auckland, we are looking for an enthusiastic People & Capability Coordinator, who will work closely with the rest of the P&C team, to efficiently manage day-to-day coordination and administration of P&C processes, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of P&C initiatives and projects.
You might be a recent graduate, looking to kick off their career in HR, or you may have some HR administrative experience under your belt already. Whichever it is, this varied and busy role will give you a wide range of generalist HR experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administration support for all P&C processes
- Administration related to all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Running the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, pre-employment processes, preparing offers and onboarding/offboarding
- Ensure people processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner, to satisfy Payroll, Legislative and reporting requirements
- Maintain the integrity of employee master data to ensure it is current and accurate
**What you’ll need**:
- A relevant tertiary qualification, ideally an HR diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Some general or HR related administration experience is desirable, but not essential
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as intermediate MS Office skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A commitment to a high standard of work, while demonstrating 100% confidentiality
- The ability to improve processes, driving efficiencies and creating a better user experience
- The ability to use initiative and prioritise work
