**What will you be doing **|** **Ngā whainga**

We need a proactive and switched-on Digital Product Owner who can make a real impact, not only in our Customer Experience (CX) team but in our organisation as a whole.

This role reports to the Digital Technology Manager and will own and manage a portfolio of customer facing digital products and services that deliver outstanding customer experience. Your role will be to translate customer, market and business needs into a digital product strategy that delivers outstanding customer experience.

**What you will need **|** **Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga**
- Experience in product ownership and/or business analysis in web technologies.
- Experience with content managements systems and dealing with both vendors and directly with software delivery teams
- Experience with delivery of product roadmaps.
- Outstanding communication and people skills as you work with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborate across regions and business units.
