If you’re seeking an opportunity that offers variety - gets you out of the office and offers work flexibility, then this could be the role for you. Our client is seeking a communication assistant to join their team here in the CBD.

You will be a part of a collaborative and fun team and some of your duties would include but are not limited to content creation for social media channels and the intranet; traveling onsite to take photographs; event management; managing press releases; researching and so much more This is a role that you can really make your own.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Assisting with the management of communications databases
- Event management
- Assisting with the corporate social media platforms - content creation and community management
- Assisting with the management website and Intranet
- Assisting the Communications Advisor and/or external film crew with filming video content for internal communications
- Offering support to the rest of the Communications team on a variety of tasks as required

To be successful in this role you will have;
- Previous experience in a similar role - not essential
- A curious, positive, and passionate mindset
- A strong administration background with an adventurous heart
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Content creation, video, and photo editing knowledge would be a big plus
