**Alltech Communications Limited,** operating Cracka Jack Dairy in Glen Innes, Auckland, is looking for dependable and customer-oriented **Retail Assistants** to assist with daily store operations and maintain a high standard of service.

**Key Duties will be as per below**:

- Greet customers when they arrive at the store and understand their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and create genuine experiences in the store.
- Interact with customers and accordingly recommend products as per their needs.
- Support and motivate team members to collectively achieve store goals.
- Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets.
- Ensure that the store is maintained properly.
- Stock and re-stack the products at the store properly, and keep items in their designated place.
- Coordinate with suppliers and order stock to ensure that sufficient products are available in the store at all times.
- Taking payments from customers and accordingly doing cash reconciliation.
- Manage the check-out counter, scan the products purchased by each customer and accordingly inform them about the payment details.
- Other tasks as assigned by the owner of the store.

**Work Hours and Benefits**
- Minimum of 30 hours per week
- Hourly pay between $24 and $27.

**Other Requirements**
- Previous relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be Flexible to work on weekends and late evenings.
- Strong team player
- Good time management skills
- Physically fit to handle long shifts on foot.
- Hardworking and committed
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
