**Salary**: $136,939 - $168,191 per annum

**About the role**
- We’re seeking a **people-first leader** to guide our **Digital Engineering and Systems Administration team**. You’ll be responsible for delivering secure, reliable digital infrastructure that supports business continuity and aligns with strategic priorities.
- This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:

- Shape the delivery of infrastructure, cloud, and network services
- Grow team capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead incident response and ensure service quality, security, and compliance
- Align technical delivery with organisational goals

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience leading high-performing technical teams
- Strong mentoring skills and a focus on team growth and engagement
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable technical plans
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise IT environments
- Expertise in network operations, cybersecurity, and data protection
- Full, clean NZ driver’s licence (some travel required)
