**About the role**

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate People and Culture Advisor to join our team. The position of People & Culture Advisor is responsible for providing generalist support to employees and Line Management across the organisation on a broad range of Human Resources policies, programmes, and practices, and the successful management and implementation of People & Culture projects and initiatives.
- Generalist experience in ER and providing support to employees and Line Managers across the business covering all facets of employment relations.
- Providing coaching and guidance to Line Managers regarding policies, programmes and practices, and escalating where appropriate.
- Proactively identifying areas of improvement within People & Culture processes and procedures.
- Successfully managing a range of People & Culture projects/initiatives from end to end, including their implementation and any ongoing requirements.
- Ongoing development and maintenance of People & Culture intranet/Sharepoint, including People & Culture intranet and policies.
- Management of the induction process
- Effectively prioritising project/initiative workload to meet organizational needs.
- Generate both regular and ad-hoc reports as required, and identify potential patterns and trends.

**Skills & Experience**

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Along with this, you will also have:

- 1+ years’ generalist experience in Employment Relations
- Experience in coaching and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Understanding of HR policies, practices and current employment legislation.
- Proven ability to effectively manage end to end projects.
- Exceptionally high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Ability to follow processes, prioritise and effectively manage deadlines
