Auckland City, New Zealand Infinitas Full time

Rapidly growing healthcare company
- Leading Employment Relations
- Great company culture

We are looking for a People & Culture Advisor who is passionate about employee relations to work for a fast-growing company in the private healthcare sector.

We are looking for someone who has the ability and confidence to be the first port of call for all aspects relating to employee relations, but also be involved in supporting leaders with a full range of P&C generalist activities.

As the expert on all employment related matters your role will involve taking ownership for investigating employee complaints or conflicts, and collaborating with management to create strategies to resolve employment issues. The role also has a large aspect of education, and you will be offering advice and support to managers on best practice for handling employee relations matters, like performance reviews and conflict resolution. You need to have a high attention to detail and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organisation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for creating trust and nurturing relationships across all levels of the organisation. Your problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills will play a role in ensuring fairness, impartiality, and confidentiality in all interactions.

There is plenty of scope with this role, and although you will be the main port of call of ER issues, this role is very much a generalist role and you will be touching on many other aspects of HR. The job title for this role is People and Culture Business Partner.

You will be joining a supportive and knowledgeable People and Culture Team, reporting into a senior manager who will give you the autonomy to succeed in this role.

This is an opportunity to make an impact on the growth of a healthcare organisation, and is a great place to work. If you’re wanting to hear more about the role, please get in touch, with Kelsi at 0273760087. This role requires a clean drivers license.
