We are currently looking for an exceptional Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our team. The People Operations & Partnering team create value for our internal customers by providing HR advice, guidance, and people insights across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. At SkyCity our People & Culture teams ensure that our people have the tools, capabilities, and support they need to be their best. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor who has proven experience in HR, a sound understanding of NZ employment legislation, is solutions focused and enthusiastic.

**What will I be doing?**
- Providing sound practical and forward thinking senior HR advisory support and guidance to People Leaders
- Creating strong relationships within the business across the Corporate and Enablement support portfolio
- Coaching Managers on disciplinary and performance management processes
- Developing and delivering meaningful HR projects and initiatives
- Working closely with our centre of expertise divisions across the wider People & Culture team

**What **you'll need to succeed in this role?**
- A relevant HR degree (preferable) and 4+ years' HR experience ideally within a professional services or large, matrix environment
- Continuous improvement and customer-focused mindset
- Resilience and the ability to think, act and deliver at pace
- Effectively engage and manage expectations of leaders in a complex and fast paced environment
- Experience running performance management and disciplinary processes
- Experience and/or exposure in running change processes
- Ability to communicate with impact and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Have the ability to influence and constructively challenge
