Group Digital Product Manager

As the Group Digital Product Manager, you will oversee our digital products' vision and entire lifecycle, from inception to launch. You will require various skills, including market and customer research, product architecture design, UI development, and supply chain planning. You will mediate between our customer-facing teams, technical teams and partners to translate our client's needs into new product features.

**Purpose of Role**
- Own the product lifecycle from inception to release, ensuring top-tier quality, security, and functionality.
- Drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital health products.
- Craft our products' vision and convert it into a concrete strategy.
- Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and health psychology teams.
- Identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with our technical teams and strategic partners to manage the roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuring they deliver capabilities on time and per expectation.
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing of our products.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.
- Work with our business development and delivery team on pre-sales activities.
- Consult regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
- Mentor and train regional product specialists, instilling expertise and championing growth.
**Required experience and skills**
- Tertiary degree in business, computer science, information systems, health or related field.
- Five years of experience in digital product management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical, prioritization, budget management and negotiating skills.
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior management.
- Technical acumen in digital technologies and AI.
- Experience in usability and customer-focused design.
**Additional skills/capabilities required**:
- Exposure to the healthcare industry and agency work dynamics.
- Experience in business analysis or project management.
- Understanding of design methodologies such as Human-Centered Design or Design Thinking.
- Basic knowledge of Figma.

- Flexible to work across a range of time zones, including NZ/AU/UK/DE/US
