*** What you’ll be doing...**

We are looking for a bright talented developer to kick-start their career with an internship here at BlueJeans by Verizon. Based at our Dunedin office, you will be working with the Relay team with guidance and support from your mentor.

Relay at its core is a software solution that integrates calendaring services such as Office 365, Exchange and Google Calendar and existing conference room systems to allow one-touch capability of Meetings.

You will be assigned a role and have the opportunity to
- Work & contribute on real projects depending on your interest & skills.
- Gain a wealth of knowledge and experience as you work alongside our highly skilled engineers.
- Gain exposure in some/all of the following:

- Full stack development from backend (API) to frontend (clients).
- Javaprogrammingbackend/frontend/Spring/Eclipse.
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Backbone.
- Android app.
- RabbitMQ.
- MongoDB.
- Linux/Ubuntu/SSH.
- Security.

**Where you will be working**:
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
*** What we’re looking for...**

You’ll need to have:

- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
- Knowledge of Java or similar programming languages.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Problem solving skills.
- Passion for development.
