MEGA AUTO PARTS 2008 LIMITED is currently recruiting for the full time and permanent role of Automotive Parts Manager.

**The Role**

In this role you will report to the Director and be their eyes and ears in the business operations and in parts sales.

You will help to introduce new initiatives into the branch, and be a key point of contact for both customers and team members.

In addition to this, you will uphold customer service standards on a daily basis, and assist them in finding the best product to meet their needs.

Specific duties include:

- choose products and determine stock levels and prices
- Managing record of transactions and stock level
- Managing budget and purchasing
- Managing all sales
- Managing pricing
- Managing promotional acitvity
- Managing all health and safety regulations
- Managing strong relationships with key customers
- Managing a high standard of branch presentation
- Managing company policies and procedures
- Managing, hiring and training parts staff.

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years experience working in related position and or a level 5 qualification.
- Knowledge or understanding of automotive products (or willingness to learn)
- Effective communication style at all levels
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
