**About the role**:
The Automotive Inspections Manager offers an engaging opportunity for individuals to be actively involved both in a hands-on capacity and within an office setting. For this role, you will be required to manage a team of inspectors whilst working on projects ensuring quality standards are met with the client’s key performance indicator (KPI). There may be instances where you will need to travel for training purposes.

**This is a hands-on role and you will have a variety of accountabilities within the following**:

- Coordinate and support the workflow for the inspectors
- Manage all documentation and reports for all inspections
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure KPI’s are met
- Carrying out inspections to achieve business objectives and targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and training of staff both on-site and off-site
- Ensuring compliance with Manheim policies and procedures including work health and safety

**About you**:

- Experience working as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Mechanic.
- Professional career experience should include leadership and staff management skills
- Have a current and unrestricted NZ driver’s license
- Willing to undergo background checks (Police and Work Rights)
- Willing to undergo pre-employment medical (including a drug and alcohol test) as part of the recruitment process. Please note: we also conduct random drug and alcohol tests onsite.
- Proficiency in interpreting and analysing data to facilitate high-quality decision-making
