Reporting to the Project Controls Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting a team of professionals who will rely on your positive attitude and project controls excellence to deliver a high level of service to our Project Managers and Project Directors. This will include assisting with project set up, subconsultant engagement, quality system requirements, project programming, project earned value status, invoicing and project closure.

You will be valued for your use of initiative and analytical abilities to pre-empt and problem solve, along with a high degree of project financial understanding and a strong eye for detail.

Ideally you will have:

- 5+ years project controls experience, ideally in a professional service environment
- A sound understanding of project financial management fundamentals and experience using dedicated project financial management systems
- The ability to learn and implement new systems
- Well-developed communication and literacy skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ideally, MS Project Experience
- Ability to demonstrate lots of initiative, and enjoy problem solving
- Ability to deal with a diverse and sometimes heavy workload while sharing in the
