As part of our growing Advisory team, we're looking for a project controller to support the successful delivery of impactful infrastructure projects across New Zealand.

Based in Auckland or Christchurch, this is a great opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination, project administration, or early-stage project controls who's ready to take the next step in their career.

Your role
As a project controller, you'll play a key role in supporting project teams with planning, reporting, and performance tracking. Working alongside engineers, planners, and other specialists, you'll help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Support the preparation of project reports and dashboards
  • Help monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
  • Work with tools like MS Excel, MS Project, and Power BI
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Learn and apply project control methodologies and best practices

About You

  • Some experience in project coordination, administration, or controls
  • Comfortable working with data and project management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A team player with good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Eager to learn and grow in a project controls career
