**What will you do?**

As a **Project Controls Specialist **in our Project Services Hub (PSH) you will be an integral part of our national PSH team, providing project support to the wider business and working across all disciplines within Aurecon.

This role is based in T āmaki Makaurau/Auckland, and you will work as part of the wider team to estimate, analyse, and manage costs for various projects. You will ensure that corporate cost control, estimating, and planning/scheduling standards are implement and that all project-related activities comply across all business units. This role will see you working closely with the Project Controls Manager and Project Managers to assist them in managing the project to the cost and scheduling requirements.

We know that the work we do is vital in assisting our world's economic development and it's the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things that you will do to _bring ideas to life _:

- Provide project controls services for the project team; including planning, cost control, earned value analysis, forecasting, report production, and change management
- Prepare and analyse reports that outline the program/project's financial position in the areas of funding and costs
- Coordinate with project teams in establishing resource loading of schedules for staffing forecasting and reporting of earned value
- Establish project work breakdown structure (WBS) and effort budgets in Prism, along with maintaining the system
- Create, maintain, and review project schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Utilise and be proficient in Power BI and/or Tableau for integration of Project Controls Data
