Reporting into the Project Controls Manager, this role will sit within the Civil business - a division of Fulton Hogan specialising in infrastructure construction, based around reinforced concrete. We are currently delivering work ranging from bridges and wharves to water treatment plants, storage tanks and pipelines throughout New Zealand.

As the Project Planner, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Controls Manager with the process and tools used to plan, manage and mitigate schedule issues and any risk events that may impact on our projects.

Your main duties will include planning, scheduling and project reporting, as well as risk and delay claims. Key to this role will be your ability to work with a wide range of key stakeholders, with multiple projects on the go at the same time.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week and it is paying a base range of $130 - 140k. We are looking for someone based in Auckland; you may also be required to travel to other locations within NZ for this role.

We’re looking for someone with:

- At least 10 years’ experience in the civil construction industry.
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a Project Planner and/or Estimator.
- Sound knowledge and experience using CCS Candy Software.
- The ability and experience to lead a team.
- A commitment to Health and Safety.
