Seeking an organised, fun-loving, customer service guru that is looking for a change in career or even their first office gig.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Customer Support Representatives are our front-line team dealing directly with our members on all manner of things Queries about our CA Program, Events, or Membership issues. Our members call us, we are the problem solvers Our goal is to solve problems in the first call and impress our members with our efforts to support and assist them. We get a bit of a thrill out of it too
We are a contact centre, but we are NOT a ‘contact centre’ as you know it. We are a small team of people who know how to work hard, but can also have a laugh, support each other, and sometimes come up with some crazy ideas to bring some fun into our workplace. We love to educate and inspire students and graduates about becoming a CA and sometimes we are even out and about at unis and other events, promoting CA to everyone

ABOUT YOU
You are a talented person looking for something new in your life. You could have loads of experience and be looking for a bit of a change or be someone looking for their first office gig Most of all you will be someone that has fantastic communication skills, is highly organised and can work under a bit of pressure at time, and absolutely loves to delight customers with your service and ability to help.
Now, there’s just a few things you need to be aware of this is a full time, permanent role. We work in shifts and the available roles require evening work (Mon-Fri). You must have full working rights. We prefer people to work in our office (it’s so much more fun when everyone is there).

SALARY
$56,500 per annum (plus 3% Kiwisaver)

Hours of work
Monday - Friday - various shifts
